Lower Eyelid Surgery - Blepharoplasty

Traditional lower eyelid surgery involves the removal of fat to improve the appearance of under-eye bags. However, this can sometimes result in a hollow appearance over time. In our SEyeRefine-3D™ Blepharoplasty we take a comprehensive approach to the under-eye area. This involves rebalancing all aspects that contribute to the aged appearance, including preserving and repositioning fat from the under-eye fat pads into the hollow under-eye area, known as the tear trough. This technique, called fat transposition, helps maintain a natural fullness. The procedure also incorporates laser tightening and skin rejuvenation, followed by restoring the youthful angle of the eyelid. The result is a refreshed under-eye area that seamlessly blends with the contours of your cheeks.

Variable amounts of bruising and swelling are present for 2-3 weeks after the procedure, with the improvements in appearance continuing for up to six months after surgery. For many individuals no skin incisions are required.

Depending on the client's preference, the procedure can be performed under sedation or general anesthesia.
