Meet Dr. Paul Denton

With more than 20+ years in facial aesthetics, Dr. Paul Denton is an expert cosmetic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and aesthetic procedures including deep plane face & neck lifts, lip lifts, and blepharoplasty in Vancouver, BC — delivering refined, natural results tailored to every face.

After earning fellowship status with the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, he completed an Oculofacial Plastic Surgery fellowship at McGill University, expanding his expertise in functional, aesthetic, and reconstructive eyelid and facial surgery. He went on to pursue a second, exclusively cosmetic surgery fellowship in Bellevue, Washington—accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery—gaining high-volume, hands-on experience alongside experts in plastic & reconstructive, maxillofacial, oculoplastic, and facial plastic surgery.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Denton is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia, where he teaches residents and fellows, and he serves on the executive committee of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery while remaining an active member of the Canadian Society of Oculoplastic Surgeons.
